The staff at Buckden Dental Clinic are really understanding. I have anxiety & am damned right scared of dentists, due to bad experiences. The dentist understood this & took it at *my* pace. She checked in & allowed me to stop the procedure until I was happy with it to continue. She told me each step of the procedure so there were no surprises. All in all I'm really happy with the dental nurse, friendly receptionists & the dentist.

Emergency appointment required a few hours before going on holiday. Georgina and the team were fantastic and I am off to enjoy some sunshine with no worries 👍 star quality.

We recently joined Buckden Dental Clinic after moving to the area and being unable to find any NHS dentists taking patients on. Previous dentists had also left me with some bad experiences so I was keen to find a well recommended dental practice. We were recommended Buckden Dental Clinic and are so glad we were. They offer denplan here, which we find helpful to help us budget everything better and we we're able to get this up and running fairly quickly. From day one everyone has been so professional and friendly. The ladies on reception are always so cheerful and helpful and have been great at arranging us all appointments in a timely manner. Our dentist Kam has been amazing. After some previous bad experiences with dentists it has been so reassuring to have such a kind and attentive dentist. Our young son has also been seen with Kam and she was brilliant with him. He was understandably nervous as he had not really been to a dentist much due to covid restrictions, but Kam set him at ease straight away and was so great with him. After we left he wouldn't stop talking about how "amazing it was going to the dentist" 😊 My only regret is not joining here sooner!

I have always been very nervous going to the dentist due to bad experiences as a child. However, I cannot praise Buckden Dental Clinic enough for my recent experience as a first time patient. The reason for my visit was to have a tooth extracted which caused me in advance a lot of anxiety. However, from the moment I arrived at the surgery with the friendly greeting from the receptionists to the dentist Georgina actually coming out to reception to meet you (which was a lovely touch) to the procedure itself which was done in a caring but professional manner, the net impact was I felt far less stressed and more relaxed. Later in the day I then got a call from the Linda in reception asking if I was feeling ok & Georgina even left me her mobile number on a card should I have any issues of pain which although not needed was so appreciated. It is clear Buckden have a very modern set up with the latest equipment etc which is great, but it is these extra touches of service which make them special.

An excellent dental clinic. Dr. Debbie is amazing, very patient, gentle and professional. The team ease our daughter's fear of dentists. The receptionists are efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

This dental practice is fantastic, the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, from the first meeting they make you feel welcome and make the treatments needed as comfortable as possible. the reception staff are accommodating and will try and sort out and issues that i have had with changes of appointments due to work commitments changing. I have and will be continue to refer people to this practice as going to dentist can be a stressful experience, once you arrive here they completely take that stress away.

I have been extremely disappointed with my invisalign treatment. I began with having Heidi - who was amazing and took so much time and effort to make sure my teeth were as I wanted them - as I was spending a lot of money on them. Heidi then left on maternity and I was then handed over to another dentist who was completely over booked and rushed most of my appointments and I never really felt listened to and ended up just accepting my teeth finished but in my eyes - not perfect. Which I regret after the money i spent. A few months ago the night time retainer that I had broke and now I've been refused a new one because I didn't order it in the time frame they expected. They have been rude and quite frankly I wish I hadn't spent the amount of money I did with you. I would not come recommend.

I have been going to Georgina's Dental Practice for over 10 years. The service has always been 1st class. Unfortunately past dental experiences have made me a nervous patient but the Spire completely put me at ease. Fantastic service supported by a brilliant team. Keep up the good work.

I have enjoyed the excellent services provided by Buckden Dental Clinic for years and had cause to user their services again this week when one of my dental crowns cracked. I was pleasantly surprised to find that once the old crown was removed and my tooth cleaned up, that a technological marvel was able to effectively take a 3D render of the tooth stump and the data was used to manufacture a new dental crown on site within a couple of hours. To me, this is a complete revelation in cosmetic dentistry and proves that the surgery employ cutting edge equipment and practices to the ultimate benefit of its patrons. Although going to the dentist is never a pleasure, the staff are hard working and dedicated which gives me confidence that I will only receive the very best service when I visit.
